The fun continues...

Yesterday we just stayed in our pajamas all day!  I love those days.  Charlee decided her shirt looked best around her waist.  =)
OUCH!  This could be some payback...Sweet little Charlee has been a little on the not so nice side with Saylor lately.  She bit her pretty bad on her belly the other day and this morning she grabbed Saylor's nose and dug her fingernails in.  She left her mark on her little sister.  She's gotten in big trouble for these things, but I don't know if she's fully understanding or maybe she just doesn't care.  Hopefully this is all just a phase and this too shall pass.

Papa and his girls. =)

CHEESE!

"I love you, Papa!"

Charlee's winking at Meme. ;)

Saylor wearing Daddy's new shirt.  I love that sweet face!

Big and Aunt Jan brought us over an Easter Bunny this morning!!!

Even though Charlee has her little mean streak in her right now, she's still just as loving as ever.  Even with the column!  =)

Brent's Aunt Jan's birthday is tomorrow so Shirley asked me to do a cake for her.  Her favorite color is purple so I was SO EXCITED to do this for her!  I almost felt like I was decorating it for myself.

FUN!

We've been doing a lot of the same, but yesterday we had a "Girl's Day Out".  Kimberly went with us to Mandy's house in Decatur. We took a desk to her that she'd gotten at Habitat for Humanity (for $19!) that Daddy had painted to go in Willa's room.  It's the same color blue as Charlee's chest. I took my paints with me and we decided that it needed to be distressed a little bit so I did that.  I didn't take any pictures!  Can you believe it!?! We played until about 10:30 (I think everybody got a lesson in sharing), then headed over to Hobby Lobby, ate at Cracker Barrell, and then did some more shopping.  Decatur has so many stores that I just didn't realize were there...such as Old Navy.  I miss having Old Navy in Florence!  Great day!!!!  I love my sisters!!

Here's Charlee being silly with a shirt on her head.  She and Saylor do this all the time.  =)
Willa with her giant Elmo!

Saylor having fun with her shirt. =)

LOVE this!

Pucker up!  Gotta love kisses!

Winking =)

Big likes mustard with her pizza and let the girls try some.  It may not look like it, but they loved it and kept coming back for more.

Super Sunday!

Lounging with Daddy
Looking and Mooing at the cows in the pasture behind our house.

I know you can barely see their faces, but I love this one!

Charlee was saying, "kiss".

Pops came to see us!!  We sure did miss Mimi G!

It took almost 19 months, but I finally got around to painting the girls' toenails.  They really did great!

Little poser!  =)

Silly Saylor!

Playing in our "tent".

Making our own music and baking cakes

The girls have found a new favorite activity...beating on the pans and being as loud as possible.  I don't mind the noise (and there's lots of it).  So they only do it when it's just the 3 of us. =)  I also had my first cake order for this weekend for someone outside of our family.  Our good family friend Belinda Bassham wanted a cake for her son Jonathan who turned 30.  I was excited to get to do this because I'd been wanting to see if I could do houndstooth.  I decided on a pattern (which kept me up at night) and just free handed it.  I think it turned out ok for my first time.

Fun, Fun

We've been having so much fun lately.  18 months is a great age! =)  The girls are doing so much and learning a lot every second of the day, it seems like sometimes.  They LOVE to sing, dance and read books.  They love to play with their baby dolls and animals (dinosaurs, too)!  They have super imaginations already.  Charlee is the best big sister.  She always takes care of Saylor and makes sure that she gets exactly what Charlee has. She's so loving, too. She's also started talking in sentences and carrying on conversations with us.  Saylor has become a little ham and her eyes are turning the most beautiful green!  One of her new favorite foods is mnmnmnmnm's (m & m's).  I love to hear her say it.  Saylor loves to read books and she'll go on and on about every page.  There SO much more that they're doing, but I'd thought I'd give you a quick update.

We've been having dance class this week.
Pointing our toes.

Step, step, side to side!

Laying and playing around.

If you drive by our house on highway 101 just know that two little girls are so excited to see you in your car or truck and so excited to wave really big and say HI! =)

Can't you just feel the love?!?

Cutie Pies!

Here's a few pictures from the past few days...ENJOY!

The girls eating with their forks. =)
Pony tails!

I think they almost look like twins in this picture.

Charlee is incredibly limber. =)

She's so proud!

They wear these sunglasses when we go riding on the golf cart.  They actually keep them on!  =)  This could be my new favorite picture.

Eating cheese puffs...serious faces and silly faces.
