Laura's Birthday Party and Some Other Sweetness

We celebrated Laura's 32nd birthday on Saturday...it was a pajama party!  We had a GREAT time, ate awesome food and played, sang and danced!  Just a normal night at the Newbern's!  =)  The party did end with a bang, though...Saylor had gone into the kitchen and was running back into the living room to sing "Jolene" and she ran right into the edge of the kitchen table.  It hit just at her left eye/eyebrow.  It started swelling as soon as it happened, but now she just has a nice little bruise.  BUT, we had SO much fun before that happened.

At our house...we put up our Christmas tree on Sunday and they wouldn't leave it alone for the rest of the night.  It's a lot better now, but it was just way too new and fun.  I caught this little moment of them behind the tree.  If you know these two then you know who's who.  =)

On Monday night we ATTEMPTED to get a Christmas card picture...we won't be using any of them.
