Doctor's visit
The girls had to go get their synagis shots today(to help prevent RSV). Today was their 4th of 5 shots...I know they'll be glad when they're over next month...us too!! Charlee weighed 15 lbs. 5 oz and Saylor was 14 lbs. 5 oz. They're moving right along. One pound difference doesn't sound like much, but when you hold Charlee and then Saylor it's almost like a brick to a feather. Charlee is just absolutely solid. She also sat up all by herself while we were there. Tonight they both did!! Not even 6 months yet and already doing such big girl things! We're taking baths in the big bathtub now, too. (pictures coming soon) Again, growing up too fast!!

Out and About
With this past weekend being so beautiful, we decided to take the girls on their first stroll through Green Estates! We made stops at the Sledge's and the Green's! It was great seeing everybody out. It got me really excited about getting the girls out of this little bubble we stay in!! Hurry Spring!!
Daddy looks good pushing our stroller, huh?? He was made to be a daddy!!
Charlee...we woke her up to go out.
Saylor...she loves those hands!!

Growing up too fast
Charlee and Saylor had some major accomplishments yesterday! Charlee got up on her hands and knees...ready to crawl!! She can scoot anywhere she wants to go, but she'd never gotten up like that before. Both girls are able to walk in their walkers...it's backwards every time, but they're walking! Last night, Saylor said her first word...Momma!!!!! TWICE!!! I was trying to get Charlee asleep in her bed and Brent was rocking Saylor and she said it! I thought my heart was going to explode when I heard her! That's the sweetest sound in the world! I told Brent we had two, so maybe Charlee's first word will be Daddy! We'll see...

TWINS!
It was one year ago today we found out we were having twins!!!! A Turnip Green AND a Collard Green!!! I was sooo sick at the time, but I'd never been so excited in all my life! Brent was a little bit spooked at first, but got used to the idea really quickly! I thought I'd share my transformation with you. We knew we were gonna take pictures of my growing belly, but when we found out there were 2 we decided to take weekly pictures. So, here's a few of my belly shots. Just watch how fast you can pack on 45 pounds of pure LOVE!!

Ya Don't Say?
This is from a couple of days ago. I laid the girls in the floor and they rolled over and were facing each other. They started talking to each other and it was the SWEETEST thing. I tried to get the video camera, but it's on the tripod and it the lens was facing the floor and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to point it up (I learned how as soon as Brent got home!)...so I grabbed the other camera instead. Even though you can't hear them, you can just imagine what they sounded like. PRECIOUS!!! This is the most fun I've ever had!

YAY Saylor!!!
Saylor rolled ALL the way over today!! back to belly to back to belly!! It may have taken her a little bit longer than Charlee to get there, but she had to one-up her with that extra roll to the belly! LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!! So proud!
Seriously? You want me to eat THAT!?!

We're 5 months old today!!!
I can't believe our babies are already 5 months! I haven't been pregnant for 5 months!! It's nice to be able to breathe and not have floating ribs now...yes, I had floating ribs!! Oh, but it was soooo worth it!! EVERYTHING I had to go through to get these sweet little girls was worth it! EVERYTHING!!
These bibs were made with love by my good friend Tiffany Erwin. I couldn't wait to put them on the girls and take their picture! Just adorable!! Thanks again Tiffany!
